All orders placed will be lovingly gift wrapped, packed in your own 'Angel Cashmere' gift box and shipped off to you within 7 days. Should you require urgent delivery please let us know when placing the order.  If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery date or a refund.

P&P Costs: UK orders cost £2.50, Europe: £5.00 and Rest of World: £7.50

All orders are sent by recorded delivery and will have to be signed for on delivery. Should you wish to cancel this please let us know at time of order. Please note that Angel Cashmere will not be responsible for items sent non recorded delivery.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as we use Nochex and Paypal to process our payments. You do not need a Nochex or Paypal account, simply follow easy steps during checkout.

We also accept payment by cheque please just complete your order on our website, select you wish to pay by cheque, download and print your invoice and return to us with your payment. Blanket will be shipped immediately after payment has cleared.  Please call should you be unable to print your order, we can take all order details over the telephone.

Should item be faulty, or have been damaged in the mail, or if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your order please return it to us, with original packing, within 7 days of delivery, stating reason for return. We would always recommend using recorded delivery service as proof of delivery. Should item be found to be faulty post costs shall be reimbursed to customer. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Angel Cashmere.
