What's been happening.....

December 2005 - our idea!  Sounds good, but can we do it...??

May 2006 - After emailing ideas back and forth, I take the plunge and visit Jamie in Beijing - we meet the production company we'll be using, Jamie & I decide on final designs and colours.... and eeeekkk yes, we're definitely going to do this.  After all, the baby world does still seem to be lacking gorgeous cashmere baby blankets.

Up to May 2007 - Has it really been  a year...? Things seem to be moving quite slowly, but then speaking to others who have also set up a small business, this does appear to be the norm.   However, thinking back a lot was achieved during this year: samples were made and shipped back and forth from Beijing to UK.   Our lovely web-site was designed, tested and continues to be updated today.  Photos used through our website were taken by our lovely friend Juno. .... Then the day arrives...Yes, 1000 blankets are delivered to me, and we're actually going live!

22nd May 2007 at 9.54pm... our first order!  Our gorgeous friend Julie, orders two (yes, two) cashmere blankets for her twin babies - Abby & Otto.
